Human nature is to explore. The automobile has opened the opportunity to all. I to love to drive, open roads free of congestion in a search for solitude and quiet. With a camera on the dash of my car, I use a remote trigger to capture the moments where I feel the peace and beauty around.

I enjoy experimentation, working with multiple layers of photographic images on aluminum panels and acrylic; I create a mixed media image that celebrates the beauty of the road. My emotions and thoughts are transmitted by sweeping colors and a play on light. The photo realism of the road covers and obscures the thoughts offering something for the viewer upon closer inspection.

My work quietly yells...There is magic everywhere ....stop...and just look around.
